I just found out that a long time friend passed away on Monday. He and I were hunting buddies for several years before I moved away from Missouri. We hadn't kept in real close contact, so it was a shock to me to hear this. He was just diagnosed with liver cancer July 31 and passed away on August 26. His wife and daughter didn't even have time to really let the idea of him having cancer sink in much less adjust to the fact he would be gone so soon, so they are really devastated.

Please pray peace and solace for Robert's wife Brenda, his daughter Addie and all of the other family.
