Greenwood Multi-Gun Match Saturday 12/30

#1

Post by tomneal »

Just letting everyone know about the match.

It's not New Years Eve but it could be a great little match.

If you don't have and/or a shotgun. Bring some factory ammo and borrow a gun. You'll have a great time.
And no mater what, Bill Hunter will have some great chili.

All proceeds will be donated to pro-gun orgs. Greenwood Practical Shooters will be donating the targets, etc.

Oh, and if you don't want to shoot with long guns. You can shoot it all with your pistol. (Except for the clay birds that will be flipped above the beam.)

From Rogers email

Prepare to ring in the New Year at Greenwood Gun Club when Bill Hunter will host a true Multi Gun match and Chili lunch on Saturday Dec. 30, 9am. (Kosher and Non Kosher available). All four stages will require at least two guns but those wishing to shoot the match with pistol only may do so and will be scored separately. Minimum requirements are 50 pistol, 50 rifle and 22 rounds of birdshot. Please vist http://www.texassouthsection.com click on Calendar, and Dec. 30 for directions to the range and other information. We hope you can all come out and shoot.

Happy New Year from the Greenwood Practical Pistol Club

Yep. Just to help Tom out, and make it easier on folks wanting to visit the South Texas USPSA site: http://www.texassouthsection.com/

I checked the weather for the match. Looks like it's going to rain on Friday but Saturday should be like shooting in A/C. Ok, the floor may be wet.
