We lost a great guy and a great member of the shooting community this weekend. For anyone who has been shooting in the Houston area, you either know or have met Paul Hoffman. He was active with Team Trainwreck and shot at the PSC IDPA matches on a fairly frequent basis. Paul was killed in a freak accident this weekend. He was travelling down hwy 146 when a bolt came out of the back of a truck. The bolt went through his windshield and struck him in the neck, killing him.
Paul was a dedicated Christian and an active member of our shooting community. If you ever got to a match early to help set up, you would have met Paul, because he would be there without fail. Please pray for his family as they try to cope with loosing such a great man without warning.

I was not familiar with Paul, but prayers sent for his friends and family.

Wow, talk about an unpredictable, out of the blue kind of accident. That was one of those "the Lord called him home" kinds of things.
