Post by Charles L. Cotton »

I've been asked for a recommendation for a CHL renewal class in the Cypress area. Can anyone help? Name, location, schedule, fees, etc.?

Thanks,
Chas.

I took my class today with Tom Estep. The class, from what I have gathered is every Saturday from 8-8 in Texas City. I thought the class was going to be boring but I could not have found it more informative and fun than how it was. He truly runs a great class. He posts here as "ElGato" and if you want you can PM me or him for his contact info since I'm not sure if he would want it posted.

Good luck in whatever you choose.

Hi Nic:
The guy who takes care of our IT stuff at my office lives in the Cypress area and wanted someone there. I think he found someone.

Thanks,
Chas.

I recently took my CHL class in the Cypress area.
Jim Pruett's Guns and Ammo.
Enjoyed the class immensely.
Shopping center @ corner of Huffmeister and Fleur Delis

Their clases and schedule are here

I also took my class at Pruett's (last October). I also enjoyed the class and will be taking my renewal with them when the time comes.

Just completed my renewal today with Pruetts and was very pleased. Range was run professionally and eficiently, and the classroom instruction was to the point and well presented.

+1 on Pruetts' CHL class. Took it there in Feb 06 and it was pretty good. Now I just need my license to be sent to me.
