applying for LTC

#1

Post by ep409 »

Im applying for the LTC online, on the criminal history I was arrested in Louisiana for DUI, but I was under the limit. I spent the weekend in jail there and was released and charges were dropped. That was my only time getting arrested what would I have to do to get the info or whatever I need to finish filling out the application

List it as an arrest and explain. There likely will be no traditional "disposition documents" because you likely were never in the court system.
