I'm encouraged you want to carry.

My wife won't, and I don't badger. Yep, she has an LTC, but could get by with MPA, sigh...

Consider a girl and a gun for more info.

My wife has carried a Sig P238 in a Betty holster for over five years and it works quite well with a majority of her outfits. She has it just forward of her right hip IWB, not quite appendix carry. She has a short waist which is apparently a 'feature' of the ladies. The P238 is a great little handgun - it's been completely reliable and is easily concealed.
