I sweat heavily at work. My EDCs are either stainless or Parkerized.....no problem. I

All I can suggest is wetting all the metal surfaces with oil and wiping off the excess after reassembly. Maybe look for a good gun oil rather than an all-in-one CLP, though CLP's can be pretty good. Also, just strip it down and clean it more often.
