Misdemeanor CHL question
Almost 2 years ago I received a misdemeanor for shoplifting. They took my CHL and I'm wondering what I'd have to do to get it back. Thank you in advance

what class misdemeanor? A, B, or C?

I think it's seven years (5+2) if it was revoked for a class A or B misdemeanor. See http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/D ... tm#411.186
