Texas LTC Instructor, NRA pistol instructor, RSO, NRA Endowment Life , TSRA, Glock enthusiast (tho I have others)

Yep. And superstar should also check the running 2002-to-current crime statistics rates that Charles maintains comparing the general Texas population to CHL/LTC holders:

Thanks. That clears it up. He was a security guard and didn't have a concealed weapon license.
