How about the part that the police are servants of the law abiding people and not the bosses. Maybe the part where Law Enforcement should serve the community and not govern. Thank goodness for the super majority of the officers who realize that and probably hold their noses in Art's presence.

How can they keep their boots on the necks of the people when the people may bear arms in public?
