as a weird minded person, i ask if you go to all the trouble to make smoke bombs and the like and IEDs that are reported as smoke devices
why not make real deadly things? thankfully they are not that smart and seems to be making statements vice killing

one reported on msnbc stated the persons shot, may have been accidentally shot by police , but that was pretty far fetched of them to say
then a witness on phone stated they heard noises not consistent with gun fire in thier opinion

man entered car, then as car approached station he dropped a canister that produced smoke and he then began shooting people
video camera not working at station is under investigation
person not wearing orange, but now its a green shirt or vest
black male, was described and one reporter asked if person shoot were of diverse (paraphrasing)
commissioner indicated it was all ethnic groups (paraphrasing)


nothing on the explosive devices NYPD collected at other places

they know he got on train...so video of all the stations on that line is easy enough to find suspect
but big questions is if the ny da will prosecute and what bail will be set? isnt ny a no bail place?
the talking heads are saying tracking a gas canister that was purchased is easy..or a gas mask
HMMM you can get a gas mask anywhere , even if its an old derelict mask used to scare people, even though the smoke bomb was probably just smoke and not a poison gas.. and was it a real gask mask or a full face respirator used for painting?? i have one of those , as i paint alot

I wonder what makes NYPD so sure that with a suspect still on the run that he is not a terrorist??? Seems WAY to early to say that the objective was not terrorism to attack our freedom and Constitutional rights, just like many previous attacks have been.

I mean why wouldn't they want to at least ask him first???

i heard the pistol was a 380 and it jammed. 380 is great up close, but the video they released of WHOM they think was shooter, was at the far end of the car. folks got lucky and person of interest is not well hmmmm trained agreed.
looks like more folks got trampled injury than shot. and those shot are deemed minor. at least fox stated so
