Another Issue For 2009 Legislative Session

No new laws will help as long as cops keep letting unlicensed drivers with no ID leave the scene. I am amazed that people like pt145ss who show a DL and CHL are bullied and threatened with arrest if they don't give give their work address and phone number, but illegals with no ID and no insurance are allowed to go. I can only hope Karma will cause the unlicensed and uninsured driver to swerve at the last minute and miss my family and instead hit the cop or judge who let them go. Same thing with repeat drunk drivers who got off easy.
