How do you feel about TX recognizing out-of-state marriage?
How do you feel about other licenses? Is it the same or different for guns?

Depends. Does this other state define "marriage" the same way that Texas does?

All guns have at least two safeties. One's digital, one's cognitive. In other words - keep the digit off the trigger until ready to fire, and THINK. Some guns also have mechanical safeties on top of those. But if the first two don't work, the mechanical ones aren't guaranteed. - me

Texans shouldn't be allowed to get married in Las Vegas in lieu of getting married in Texas.

Insufficent information provided.
Do you want to marry a person? Your sister? A person of the same sex? An additional partner?
Or are you looking for an anullment of your current marriage based on the legality of the marriage under Texas law?

It's an unrealistic question, so it's irrelevant.

People should be able to be just as miserable in other states as in Texas.
