Judge throws out case in Canton OH

Post by JJVP »

You remember the video of the cop that went nuts against a CHL guy for not telling him fast enough that he was armed and threatened to kill him. The judge dismissed the case.

Ohioans For Concealed Carry raised money for his legal defense fund, and his lawyer represented him at a reduced rate because he was disgusted by the behavior.

Word from the inside is there will definitely be a civil suit coming . . .

Very happy to see this as an outcome. Best of luck to him on the civil suit .

Can the state refile? If so, how many times?
