I believe the basic political division in this country is not between liberals and conservatives but between those who believe that they should have a say in the personal lives of strangers and those who do not.

It will be good to see you, but I was actually hoping we'd never see you there again. You know what I mean, but I'm sure other people reading this are scratching there heads! :headscratch

Chas.
I was certainly hoping to be unavailable for the South Q breakfast also. I'm SO ready to go back to work... so is my bank account.

Anyway, at least this anti antifa protest is keeping me busy on the side.

I'll have to miss yet again, I'm taking my wife to a doctors appointment in the morning. It's not a routine appointment so I need to be there with her. The way it looks I'll have to retire before I can make it to these regularly again.

I'm skipping this morning after all. Yesterday was the last day of school for my daughter, and this morning is the final parent-teacher conference.

Enjoy the biscuits, y'all!

It has been a while since I've been out and it was very nice to see everyone and catch up.

As usual, it was good food and great company. I look forward to the first Friday of the month because of this.

Thanks for coming folks, but what are we going to talk about from July until January 2019? There's no legislature to discuss!

There's got to be a few months worth of what a putz Joe Strauss is. And there's the dumber than dirt liberal morons on both sides of the aisle in D.C.. There's also good books. Oh, and everyone's favorite, the weather.

I think this was the best turnout I've attended, except the one when we had groups at opposite ends of Kelley's. LOL Enjoyed seeing everyone and look forward to the next one.

I plan to be there. May not be posting. I got a new computer and can't log in and may not drag this old one out again. Hoping the superpowers will reset it and email the info to me. Otherwise I'll be there in stealth mode Friday.

I'll wear the special glasses that I ordered from the back of a Superman comic book back in the 1950's so I can detect you!
