Cnn and Msnbc heap praise on Trump over North Korea visit.

Who would have ever thought.
I predicted him taking certain stances that would trouble the right and become beloved by the left, but I didn't think he'd take so long.

I proudly remained a NeverTrumper through election day because I knew he was not an ideological conservative. Every one of our core principles, even those he mentioned during the campaign, is for sale as a bargaining chip for an item in his agenda. He'll flippantly shrug it off as the price of making a deal.

I often think back to the time in the primaries when Ted Cruz approached a Trump supporter in Ohio, and all the guy could do was yell "Lying Ted" and ask Cruz "What are you going to do about the 2nd Amendment?" That moment was rife with irony. The fact that he chose that one topic was so telling about how uninformed the voters were during that season. I'm afraid any Republican who voted for Trump in the primary is about to get more than they bargained for. . . and the rest of us will pay the price for it.

Trump pardons Navy sailor who retained photos of secret spaces within a nuke submarine that were accidentally discovered 3 years later when he lost his phone.

Many saw comparisons with how Hil was treated.

Thank you President Trump.

Conflicted I am. As former submarine sailor I didn’t have any sympathy for him being convicted, he violated security and should have been punished. But, at same time people much higher up the chain of command were/are getting away with much more. A better solution would have been to have the Justice Department indicte Felonia Von Pantsuit and all her henchmen/henchwomen.

If all submariners who had pictures of boats were prosecuted there wouldn’t be any one to man the boats. I have a pic of my then 3 year old son sitting at the sonar stack on a 640 class boomer taken in 1977. The sailor was wrongfully prosecuted by an out of control FBI.

Hhmm, let me see, I have a friend who knows someone who, one time said, he knew someone who took a lot of pictures inside the Chicago while it was at Pearl. Lets just say except for the bunks next to the torpedoes, it was impressive. Walking on the food in the hallways was pretty cool too.

I have lots of pictures too, but not of anything classified. Certainly not the nuclear propulsion system.

No, canned goods covering the decks wherever possible. Takes lots of food to feed submariners for extended cruises!

You have never seen any trash from a submarine while diving. You can’t dive that deep.

I had no clue that submarines"dumped" their trash. I just read about it online. I don't have an issue with with it, just thought it was interesting!

That unique smell lingering to submariners isn’t the trash! “Taking out the trash” is interesting to do, at least the first time or two.
