I think that traffic and all other fines should be ten times higher for legislators. After all, they make the laws so they should have a better understanding than lay people about the law.

At least that makes some logical sense.

That has to do with excessive bail. Not punishment for crimes after conviction.
Take away the Second first, and the First is gone in a second :rules: :patriot:
