Thanks, and the same to everyone here. My Dad's been gone for 14 years now (next month), but I've received great Father's Day from my own 2 (adult) kids and 2 lovely granddaughters. Life is good.

Happy Fathers Day everyone. Had fathers day out yesterday and ate lunch at a place called Mel's Country Cafe in Tomball. Nice time.

My son called and said for fathers day he wants to take me shooting just as soon as we can make our schedules mesh!

Had a pretty good Father's day, up until I was called into work a couple of hours ago. :cryin (waiting on an HVAC contractor now)

I was given a great new knife. It's a Buck "Matt Would Go" knife that I have been looking at for a while now. My son and wife gave it to me this morning.

It's razor sharp right out of the box, and the grip is awesome. I haven't had time to do much more than attach the Tek-Lok to the sheath and put it on my belt, but I'll give a review when I get the chance to test it out.

If you get a chance, read the story behind the knife, that is what first got me interested.

Hope everyone else enjoyed their Father's day today.

Thanks for the post and link TAM.
Had a great Father's Day myself, our only son went out of his way all day to show his love.
I tell my wife, the best thing I ever did ( besides accepting Christ ) was to marry her, the best thing "we" ever did was adopt our son, now 10 years old. Our son is such a blessing! I am grateful God has loaned him to us.

Happy Fathers Day to all.
