Did some research, but was unable to find if this knife is legal or not. Would seem to me that it would not be. Brass knuckles are illegal as far as I know, so why wouldn't a pair with a blade attached?
The reason I am asking is for site moderation. Someone is selling it.

Re: Knife Question
No offense but that looks like a fish hook remover :-)

Re: Knife Question
Not mine, and I would never buy it!
Just wondering if a knife with knuckles built into it is legal?

Re: Knife Question
IANAL, but I would say that since this is not designed to be "knuckles", but is instead an intergrated grip for a knife, then it would be legal. If not, then anything with intergrated finger holes, in the grip would be illegal. It would also look to be very difficult to actually use that as an improvised set of "knuckles"
This is similar to most prohibited weapons laws in Texas, in that most had no true definition, and it was just assumed that the item would be obvious to the casual observer. JMHO

Re: Knife Question
My bet is that possession is a 3rd degree felony.
