Kindness is rare.

When good people do what they should to help it always gladdens my heart.

And yes, I too try to practice it.

Simple things, like someone who cant reach an object because of an infirmity or one time in a mob stood a blind man with not one person helping him. He was totally ignored. So, I asked if he needed help.

He did and I helped his get his prescription filled. No big effort on my part, but if you see someone who needs help do you ignore them?

Helping someone who needs it doesn't make you saintly. Just human...
