Knife Carry
Can a private business restrict someone from carrying a knife on their property?
Re: Knife Carry
Yup! There's nothing that says they can't.
Now, I don't know if it could be a criminal offense unless it got to the point where they asked you to leave and if you refused it could be criminal trespass.
My own employer restricts pocket knives of any length. Yet, they have no problem with 12" kitchen knives in the various break rooms. There would be no criminal offense, but they could terminate someone that got caught with a pocket knife.

I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.
