"The Strange Death of Europe"

#1

Post by Abraham »

Anyone else reading this book?

Author: Douglas Murray

In a nutshell, it's about the political leaders of Europe disagreeing with the residents who in the majority are against unlimited mass migration into their countries. And why it's not only allowed, but encouraged by these so-called political leaders and the ugly consequences from such idiotic decisions.

Here's a little nugget from the book: London, the UK's capital city's original residents (if you will) are now in the minority at 30%, while migrants (mostly Muslim) are at 70%.

So, where's the diversity so beloved by the left as the number or original citizens (as of this moment is at 30%) continues to decline?

This sort of pushing out of the original residents is happening all over Europe.

It's madness and yet their so-called political leaders keep lying about how great mass migration is for their countries. Ever wonder why my disgust with politicians is so high? They're a lying pact of evil.

If you take the time to read this book, it'll give you a greater handle on what's happening with mass migration which is at horrific speed and vast in numbers, so no, vetting is impossible.

Welcome terrorists and welfare recipients. You poor dears.

Abraham, it’s worse than that. Mark Steyn has a book out - I don’t recall the title for certain - that describes the falling birth rates among native Europeans, and that even if they didn’t take in more immigrants, their European cultures would basically cease to exist in the next 75 years or so.

Unfortunately I don't have to read the book. I see this everyday in news reports and blogger posts. I would link a blog post I read this morning on this subject, but the colorful language violates forum rules.
Western Civilization is dying in Europe, allowed and encouraged by those elected to lead their countries.
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

TAM and JustSomeOldGuy ,

Thanks to you both.

I'm a big fan of Mark Steyn.

I will find the book and read it.

Then I can enjoy higher blood pressure and greater anxiety than I already delight with...

I know a number of you would disagree, but here goes.

A lot of American blood has been shed freeing Europe from despotism.

The policies of the last 70 years, brought by the people they elected, has created the situation they are in now.

Socialist, weak, pacifist, open borders.

I don’t feel American blood should be shed again to save them, ever.

Fascinating stuff... but I'm curious about who they call "original residents" of London. People who were living there 50 years ago? 40? 30? 5? Just wondering. Any cite on this would be most welcome.

philip964,

I agree, I just hope President Trump succeeds in preventing the same from over coming us here. If the left succeeds, good-bye America.

Guilt ridden lefties are too be overcome from their self punishment by working with and encouraging President Trump to protect us...we are not worthy isn't a good policy...

If mohammed decides sharia law will be enforced, things like female genital mutilation will be enforced, women viewed as less than second class citizens, killing all those they religiously/sexually disagree with in host countries are encouraged/allowed to do so. Yes, we'll be as neutered as Europe. They want us the mass migrants want us to die. They won't assimilate, they want to dominate. Oh, and if we discuss this subject, we're Islamaphobes....and foolish American suckers buy into this nonsense. Like European chumps, we'll be overtaken and yes, either become Muslim or die. Really, it's that simple.

Stand up and fight against leftist craziness or this is what we'll experience too...as it's already beginning to...but, hey, I'm called an alarmist as rome (once called the United States) also tolerates this...that is, our government allows intolerability to dominate because we look upon (most) muslim migrants with a sense of tolerability, though if you're a homo (and yes, I'm no fan of homos either, but I don't want to injure them) muslims will 'kill them', but hey, ya gotta be tolerate of intolerance or you're an islamaphobe....the world has gone mad because so-called 'political leaders' who we let be in charge, have surrendered to the enemy, when they should be in prison...rather like McCabe should be along with his co-horts....

I actually think it was “America Alone: The End of the World As We Know It”.

This.

Edited to add that immigration is a fact of human history. But, they would not *need* immigrants to prop up the economy if they were to have robust families.

But I fear that we are not far behind them.

When un-vetted migrants suddenly (and I do mean suddenly) exceed in number the original people of the host country, the host country is in big trouble.

That's what's happening all over Europe/U.K. while the host countries are actually paying these illegals with welfare/housing/assistance of all kinds, while the host country's residents are being repeatedly attacked and killed in droves by these so-called migrants. National suicide is preferred in Europe as their political leaders applaud the mess they've gotten themselves into. They refuse to see the nation killing damage they've approved and encouraged.

Yet, certain countries like Japan don't tolerate being overwhelmed by illegal aliens. Nor, will they be guilt tripped into doing so by the likes of Merkel of Germany.

I admire Japan for their courageous stand against national suicide by migrant.

The left isn't happy about this, but strangely aren't terribly vociferous about it. At least, not that I'm aware of... but I also don't see China, and certain other non-European countries (like New Zealand) allowing their countries to be overtaken by these so-called migrants either.

Good for them.

Some good news on this front: Western Europe is promoting mass migration, while Eastern European countries are not being bullied into allowing the same to happen to them.

Such countries as Slovakia has told Merkel and her ilk, that no they won't accept or be bullied into taking on mass migration. (and suffer the death of their countries by occupying foreign nationals)

I don't understand Merkel's stance, what's in it for her?

:iagree: Poland has been very vocal and forceful in saying "No!" to the EU globalists.
