Re: Sante Fe hills teacher Cynthia Tisdale
Same here. Our nephew, actually great nephew Seth was a classroom or two down the hall and he and others hid in a closet. I posted briefly about it mentioning he had friends who were victims. Subsequently learned his next door neighbors were the sponsors of the young exchange student from Pakistan. I know the family is Christian and in addition to the exchange students, take in children to foster with several of their own children. The two families are close. Seth's family has a pool and big pond where all the kids swim and fish like one big happy family. This scum bag has inflicted unimaginable pain and suffering on at least three families with his treacherous act. We are praying for them and all the other family, friends and loved ones in this tragedy.philip964 wrote:https://www.click2houston.com/news/sant ... amily-says

Thanks for splitting this out into its own thread.
If the family wants it, I'd be happy to contribute to a memorial or gift in her honor. I suspect that many here would.

No, it was the other teacher, Ann Perkins, that shoved the 15 year old girl out the door, saving her life, and then was shot by the coward.

Continued prayers for your family, brother.
It sickens me that even in an article about the heroism of a teacher that saved another student, they dedicate half the article, with pics and history, to the @&$)%*@^# that killed her.

Selfless and heroic. That's strength of character that should never be forgotten.chamberc wrote:No, it was the other teacher, Ann Perkins, that shoved the 15 year old girl out the door, saving her life, and then was shot by the coward.
