There is one for sale on texasguntrader.com right now FYI
"I am a Free Man, regardless of what set of 'rules' surround me. When I find them tolerable, I tolerate them. When I find them obnoxious, I ignore them. I remain free, because I know and understand that I alone bear full responsibility for everything I do, or chose not to do."

Yes
The rifle is made by dpms. the sportical is sold as a bare bones version. It has the upper and lower. The rifle sold as a sportical is sold with no sights or extractor dust cover, bare bones. It came new in a plastic gun box with rifle,1 30round clip, and instructions. I picked up the rear and forward sights for about 200 bucks. The nice thing about it was that the rifle had 5.56 stamped on the bbl. so I can shoot either the 5.56 or the .223 round. The rifle shoots great and is well made. Dpms makes a good product.
