The lights might be blacked out by the swarms of mosquitoes. Just sayin....Scott B. wrote:They do have lights on the fields. If an evening time would work that might open up some days of the week for folks other than a weekend.
Not at Hotwells they do not allow any pistol/self defense shotgunsSyntyr wrote:I got both of you covered!SQLGeek wrote:Don't worry, I'll take the heat off of you.puma guy wrote:if everyone promises not to laugh at my skeet skills. It is a lot closer than DFW.
I'll stay tuned.
I can shoot skeet with this right???
Flame thrower or DDT fogger should do the trick. Shot week before last in Conroe and it was the 'love bugs' that were driving us nuts.TreyHouston wrote:The lights might be blacked out by the swarms of mosquitoes. Yes I'm sure they have signs about defense shotguns. I'm sure they have no signs about flamethrowers!Scott B. wrote:Flame thrower or DDT fogger should do the trick. I agree on Sunday's but might be available other days as well. Depends upon work. I sometimes have to try breaking into the bank at night.rmoraes wrote:B"H

Traffic would be a limiting factor for weekday evening shoots. Not to mention the potential of having to leave guns & ammo in the car all day while at work (for those that would have to go straight from work & aren't fortunate to work where you can bring guns into the office).Scott B. wrote:They do have lights on the fields. Scott, I am fairly new at this... why no 7.5 shot" all of my R2 rounds are 7.5.Scott B. wrote:I can do Sundays.
#8 and #9 shot, or in between, but no 7.5 and they do want to check as you're paying.
I'm wondering why #7½ shot is prohibited myself. #8 and 9 give you a numerical advantage for shot count per ounce so I'd prefer it over #7½ anyway.Syntyr wrote:Scott, I am fairly new at this... why no 7.5 shot" all of my R2 rounds are 7.5.Scott B. wrote:I can do Sundays.

I can always buy different just wondering.
The pullers say to avoid hitting the neighbors. And yes they do check your ammo when payingScott B. wrote:7.5 has more travel. Civilization has been encroaching and they want to avoid issues.
