The source is not the best, so I don't doubt the article is slanted.. Though if even partly accurate, this is an issue.

So they want to base this on how a rifle looks. This means the only rifles that you can have unless you're in the military are muskets. And maybe not even them since they were used by the military at one time. So the second amendment doesn't cover any rifles. I didn't think the second amendment specify which firearms were covered.
