It amazes me how often the critics appear to have little understanding of how our various levels of government work. Legislation is often not initiated by Gov Perry yet he is blamed for it. I guess that when you cannot attack a idea on its merits or lack of them, you resort to attacking the perceived people involved.

By the way, how do you smoke tumbleweed?
