Reporting to the CEO, the Administrator of the Cavalla Historical Foundation manages (CHF) affairs, providing effective internal and external communication and assisting in the growth of the Foundation. Requirements: The candidate should be experienced in grant writing in the non-profit sector. Skills: Demonstrates maturity, creativity and self motivation. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking and asking the public for financial and in-kind donations. Should be friendly and tactful with a compassionate personality. Must be flexible. Attention to detail and follow-through are essential. Should have a positive attitude and work well in a team-oriented environment. Computer skills in word-processing, spreadsheet and mailings are required. Passion for Naval history is preferred.
