So in summary it appears Cali had made it pretty difficult to legally carry if you weren't already part of the criminal justice system... Maybe one of the prosecutors or judges affected can make sure Bonta has some real consequences?

my guess was it was intentional in response to scotus,
ca only wants criminals to be armed.

or bad guys now show up to folks homes that are armed and we need more body bags

i dont believe any data breach is accidental
