I'm impressed that the students recognized this for a bunch of PC malarkey and peacefully, by all accounts I read, protested it.

So are they also suspending teachers who advocate for increased gun control? What about teachers who accommodate student protestors by allowing them to re-take tests and/or excuse absences?

If we want teachers to stop making any and all political statements during class I am actually in favor of that. But when they allow one side and not the other they demonstrate precisely why we need both the first and the second amendment.
