Unpaid Registration Fees

#1

Post by Charles L. Cotton »

There are a number of people registered who have not paid the $15 event fee by the 14 day deadline. These folks have collectively registered for a number of clinics and mini-clinics and I will have to delete those registrations by Wednesday if not paid. With virtually all of mini-clinics and all of the clinics are full and we need to make those slots available.

Staff do not pay an event fee, so I'm not talking about you folks.

Thanks,
Chas.

I have yours. I have been swamped and haven't sent out confirmations to people who send in checks. I'll try to get that done tonight.

I wasn't thinking about the short week when I made the original post on this thread. We are going to wait until Friday night to start deleted registrations of people who haven't sent in their event fee. We really don't want to do this to anyone, but with virtually all of the slots filled, we have to make them available to other people.

I have not heard anything about mine or my wifes fee payment as of yet. We sent our checks and they have not been cashed yet. Just tying to make sure we are not deleted from registation.

We don't deposit the checks until we get closer to the event.

We let the time slip up on us and didn't get registered for anything in time. If there are slots that open up -- we both interested in trying to register for open spots too.

I may have misread the sending in date on payments. I think the wife sent it in this week but not sure. I will have to check. Am I too late? I signed up for 3 and 1 for my wife.

YUP, I am an AGGIE. I read the instructions wrong. I read 14 days before the event for registration payment due. Did not catch that it meant "X" days after you register it had to be there. Payment was sent last week and should hit you but not sure I now have are registration still in effect. If we miss we will still come and pay the non seminar fee. DARN IT!!! We signed up for:
Gary Ashorn for three seminars. U-4, T-8, M-5
Jeri Ann Ashorn for one seminar C-3

No one has been dropped from anything yet. I've been too busy! Also, there is only one fee ($15) and it covers anything and everything you do, including lunch.
