Chas.
I received mine in 10 days. All documents received email on the 20th, license in hand on the 30th. And that included a Sat. and Sun. I haven't seen anyone else report a quicker processing time.
This is unusual for me. I usually fall in the Murphy's Law line. I will go to replace the brakes on my truck thinking should be pretty simple, 30mins tops. 2hrs later... :mad5

1/17/17 - Submitted Supporting Documents and Supporting Documents were Received

DPS site shows no change in status but they just got everything so hopefully that will change today. Will update when something changes.
Update: 1/26/17 - Status finally changed and all that is left is background check under review and print pending completion of application review.
1/27/17 - Background check completed, now its just print pending.
2/2/17 - Changed from print pending to mailed.

2/4/17 - Received in the mail!!!!! :woohoo

In total it took 22 days from taking the class to having plastic in hand. I just turned 21 so thats probably why it was so fast, but I still consider myself lucky it didnt take longer.

I'm waiting for that status now myself, congratulations!
I'm on Print Pending since 2/3/17 so i imagine it will take them a bit to get around to printing and mailing.

I'm trying not to allow my anxiety to get the best of me waiting on the processing of my application to begin.

1/25 Class successfully completed
1/28 Application submitted and paid
1/30 Fingerprint appt complete
1/31 Supporting docs emailed and acknowledged
2/05 BRCC order made

I suspect that the State has not received my electronic fingerprints at this time since it's only been 5 business days. However, seeing no status is just wearing me out.

I'm a little concerned with my fingerprints because they have worn off a bit after years of making mums and burning myself with the hot glue (I guess). Hopefully they will not be rejected. We'll soon find out!

It's not that big of a deal. My information was submitted electronically on 11/22/16. But my info didn't go into review until 12/6/16.
Sending supporting docs with everything will help you. I didn't submit my supporting docs until like day 33 or so, and then a week later i'm in print pending. So, kick back, relax, get some range time and enjoy.

It took mine a few days (two to four, can't quite remember) to go from Print Pending to Mailed.

The website does not have anything up for me yet.
Application : Received
Fingerprints : Under review
Affidavits : Received
DL or ID : Valid
Citizenship : No documentation required
Passport Photo Holder (Out of State Only) : Received
Photo (Out of State Only) : Received
Proof of Classroom training : Received
Proof of Proficiency training : Received
Fee : Received
Background Check : Under review
License To Carry A Handgun : Print pending completion of application review
No changes. I sent an email through RSD to confirm my fingerprints were okay on 2/6. I have not heard anything back.

Although I was not asked to send in any documents re: arrests, I've seen a lot of posts here where the DPS has come back 60 days later and requested the docs, then restarted the counter. With that in mind, I submitted all of the court docs on 2/7 for a 2007 arrest for a non-disqualifying misdemeanor from when I lived in Georgia. Hopefully that will expedite the process.

I'm thinking my background check is being held up by the fact that I lived in multiple cities in Georgia from 1988 to 2010, and I have moved back and forth between Atlanta and Austin a couple of times since 2010. Plus the aforementioned misdemeanor from college.

Have you seen any updates on the website yet? I figure mine will possibly follow a couple days behind yours.

I am print pending now! If you haven't been arrested you will be quick.
