Was working in the FTW shelter last week and DPS came in to do drivers license replacements. Printed them on the spot.
(after identity verification. some folks were denied. 1 or 2 got angry)
Thought that was incredibly good idea. I never stopped to consider that lost identification is a big problem ...

FTW Police kept a large gun safe on the premises and under their control. Another good idea.
