I sincerely hope the next time they get in a bind and need another country to bail them out we say no thanks.

The formerly Great Britain proves every day they are committing societal suicide.
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

During WWII we shipped guns to England so that civilians could have arms to fight the suspected Nazi invasion. Next time it may be knives.

What is going on in Mediocre Britain? Rhetorical. Too many liberals doing too much social engineering and ignoring common sense. It's pitiful really.
It's fine if you disagree. I can't force you to be correct.

My wife and I watch Shy news out of Britain everynight. This week all they are reporting on is all the knife attacks in London. You would think it was Chicago but with knived instead of guns.

There is indeed a distinction between Subjects and Citizens. The former content themselves with freedoms they are granted by their rulers. The latter insist on individual Rights and individual Liberty. I realize how blessed I was to be born in the US, and my spirit aches for those less fortunate if they are inclined toward self-rule and Liberty. For those Subjects who do not chafe at the yoke of Government I have little sympathy.

The most likely easily predicted outcomes of this latest fiasco from the loony bin across the pond:

1. Great new business opportunity - smuggling knives.

2. The price of knives sold without background checks just went up.

3. The price of scrap steel and grinding wheels just went up.

4. Knife crime will continue to escalate unabated.

And next, they will ban the ammo because excessive amounts have been linked to myocardial infarctions.
