Appointments to federal judgeships, including Scotus, are lifetime appointments. I See nothing in the impeachment rules that would remotely suggest that just because the president was impeached and convicted any of those judges could just be removed. Alcee Hastings knows how that part works. It’s a blot that he was allowed to be elected to anything after being removed from his judgeship for bribery.
