Here are a couple that crossed my radar:

H.R. 410 (Stockman - TX) Restore the Constitution Act of 2013 - To provide that any executive action infringing on the Second Amendment has no force or effect, and to prohibit the use of funds for certain purposes.

S. 82 ( Rand - KY) Separation of Powers Restoration and Second Amendment Protection Act of 2013 - A bill to provide that any executive action infringing on the Second Amendment has no force or effect, and to prohibit the use of funds for certain purposes.
If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my children will have peace.

The link for HR 35 is incorrect. It should be https://www.popvox.com/bills/us/113/hr35" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It's good to see that most of the responses so far are in line with pro-liberty sentiments.

With a name like that, it being a Bad Bill is pretty much a given!

:iagree: Any time the words "Common Sense" are in the title of a law, it is usually bad news.
