I agree on the gun free zones, mostly because most of them cannot offer adequate security and really have no need to remove guns in the first place. Courts are an entirely different animal: They can provide security (we can debate on whether they need to do a better job) and there are overwhelming reasons not to allow anyone to bring a gun into that environment. My thoughts on the subjects at hand:

I totally understand a judge banning it from a court ROOM, ie: family court, juvi court ect....all of those have to do with a ROOM, nothing to do with the court HOUSE....there are other things that happen in a court HOUSE, business papers are filed, people are married, ect....maybe I NEED something that is stored on my phone while I am filling out that paper.
