Re: Front sight firearms Mckinney Texas

You know they had moved from El Dorado to the location at the Target Shopping Center on 75/380. Was next to the Sears and Indian restaurant. Same strip as Cotton Patch just the other end of the building. I parked in front of the store last Sunday 12/24 to walk down to get a haircut and noticed it wa...

Re: What was your very best Christmas Gun Wise?

It was my grandfather that got me interested in hunting and guns. I grew up in rural Missouri and remember going quail hunting with him and my dad at around the age of 6 or so. I remember one hunt where I was packing a cap gun that shot little yellow rubber BB's and our bird dog looking for the bird...

I will be really interested in your review of the APX. I have a PX4 Storm sub compact wanting to either get the full size Storm or an APX .

Re: M&P Bodyguard 380 nuisance magazine releases

I have one that I carry in a DeSantis Super Fly holster. I have pretty much carry it everyday for the last 5 years since it is easier to conceal than my other carry gun, at least it is at the office . I have had the mag release while in my pocket a few times, not often but enough that when I do stic...

Re: HB 560 - Holy Grail?

Part of the issue is some of the loudest gun advocacy groups (That I am a member of anyway on Facebook), specifically Texas Carry and OCT, are putting pretty much 100% of their efforts behind Constitutional Carry, and I have not seen much if any effort put towards anything else. I could have missed...

Re: HB 560 - Holy Grail?

I got an email back from my rep's office. Pretty neutral in tone. Dear Mr. xxxxx:   Thank you for taking the time to contact our office regarding your support for House Bill 560. As we begin the 85th Legislative Session, input like yours helps us to understand what the District 70 community is resea...

Re: Alien Gear

I have an Alien Gear tuck 3.0 and an Alien Gear gun belt. I wear the belt everyday whether I am using it to support a holster or not. I have to say the 3.0 is much better than their 2.0. I am not sure if the 2.0 is still offered. The 2.0 was replaced twice under warranty within a 3 months of having ...

Re: Cities improperly posting 30.06 signs?

Does anyone know if the Allen event Center in Allen Texas has been reported to the AG and if so what were the results. My family have season ticket there for the minor league hockey team, which I know is off limits anyway. However, since OC went into effect the have been posting sandwich boards out ...

Re: Alien Gear Gun Belt

I have an Alien Gear (link to Belgian website removed by moderators) Cowboy holsters and see that they now are selling a gun belt as well. http://aliengearholsters.com/alien-gear-gun-belt.html/ Has anyone tried one and what are their thoughts. I normally carry a pocket pistol during the weekday, bu...

Re: Alien Gear Gun Belt

I wear mine everyday with or without a gun. I have been impressed with the quality, although I do not have another to compare it too, I really like this belt. It does make a difference in carrying an IWB holstered gun and extra Mag. I am glad I made the purchase. Back in February they were slow at p...
