A tourist does not "reside". Reside is where you live. That's me pointing that out - not a lawyer or constitutional expurt.
Ann Coulter has a good take.

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President
Why? Nothing Wictor said contradicts what the director said. Do you need help with reading or comprehension? Or was it the part where Wictor said they had no chance of detonating? They had a very low chance based on empirical evidence, because zero did. Your turn.dale blanker wrote: ↑Sat Oct 27, 2018 1:30 am bbhack, do you really believe this guy, Thomas Wictor:

We don't know much at this point, so I'm waiting to hear the story. Probably take at least 24-48 hours.
Edit: Excellent analysis from him as usual.

After reading how the press and leftists are responding to the stripper-bomber, here's what I predict:
More people will vote for Republicans.
This is another huge backfire. There are two factors:
The deranged piling on and the bad-faith claims that this guy represents all Trump supporters.
You can see that the man is insane, and he has a VERY long criminal history. There was a brief moment in which the Democrats could have benefited, but as usual, they overreached and blew it.

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President
Scientific inquiry needs money, but no amount of money can create fake science that holds up, because of the way it must be presented to be understood. It's in the definition.dale blanker wrote: ↑Mon Oct 22, 2018 1:52 pmOn Dr Patrick Michaels featured in your youtube reference, follow the money...mojo84 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 22, 2018 9:46 am Funny how a couple posters seem to come out of the woodwork at the same time.
Here you go. www.youtube.com/watch?v=fA5sGtj7QKQ
Michaels has acknowledged that a large per cent of his funding came from the oil industry. Fossil fuel companies have helped fund Michaels' projects and his "advocacy science consulting firm". The Seattle Times reported that Michaels received fuel-industry funding, including money from the coal industry to publish his "climate journal".
Could Michaels' objectivity be at risk? Sure looks that way. Now you know the rest of the story...
Now, data can be faked. Check with the IPCC about that - they are experts at faking data. It's why they have lost their cred.
"Parameterizing" = "fudging". Parameterizing data is not necessarily bad, but throwing away the original data is bad. They've done just that.
So attacking funding does not work. Falsifying data does work - to destroy your credibility. If the models are wrong, the validity of the input data does not even matter.

And this is bad for Trump or the administration how? A complete nobody gets a hand slap, and please explain where this leads. I can give a hint. Starts with "no", ends in "where".philbo wrote: ↑Fri Sep 07, 2018 5:49 pm Ex-Trump campaign aide Papadopoulos sentenced to 14 days in prison, one year of supervised release, 200 hours of community service and he was also ordered to pay a fine of $9,500.

Moss (the judge) said he wanted to impose some prison time because while he did not “remotely believe Mr. Papadopoulos was seeking to assist the Russian government,” he was nevertheless troubled by Papadopoulos’ selfish motives to lie to the FBI so that he would not lose a shot at getting a possible job in the Trump administration. During Friday’s hearing, Papadopoulos’ attorney Thomas Breen went out his way to praise the FBI, and he also criticized Trump for calling the Russia probe fake news and a witch hunt. “The president of the United States hindered this investigation more than George Papadopoulos ever could,” Breen told the judge.
Another conviction.
Just another reminder - don't talk to the FBI ever.
And what's up with his worthless attorney, praising the FBI? Grounds for appeal.

Possible. Lanny Davis and CNN were epically punked by Michael Cohen. He did not do that for his own amusement. There are some prosecutors in NY who hope they only get disbarred.Jusme wrote: ↑Wed Sep 05, 2018 3:41 pmSounds rather contrived. I believe this is just another attempt, by the MSM, to discredit Trump, and again, they are using "anonymous" sources. If there truly are those inside, who are working to thwart, the President, why are they still there? Why haven't they gone to work for someone they feel would be a better President, in two years? Also, if, as they claim, they want his administration to succeed, why talk to the press? What possible benefit, can be had?philip964 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 05, 2018 3:18 pm https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/05/opin ... tance.html

Working with others in the White House to derail his presidency.
Grassy knoll time: Trump. planted the source and the story, to get MSM running in circles again.
The NYT, in tatters, is now in shreds. It takes a few days, and you have to remember the details yourself, because the press gets really quiet when they realize they were punked.

If Trump wanted him gone, he would "resign". The back and forth is just enough to provide cover for what's really going on. I believe there are already hundreds of sealed indictments against crooks of all kinds, in and out of government. It will be a gold rush for defense lawyers.TreyHouston wrote: ↑Thu Aug 23, 2018 9:56 pmIf he fire sessions it will make it look like he is trying to interfere with the council.
