Yeppers. That's why it was a "minor" victory. But the House vote was encouraging: 149 yea, 0 nay, 1 present but not voting (the Speaker). The bill was received into the Senate yesterday. This one will be a "nice to have," but my fingers are really crossed for the parking lot and campus carry bills...

The text clearly shows that modern "assisted opening" folders are not considered switchblades. I kinda wish the definition of "dagger" could have been addressed at the same time, but it's still a victory. I think I hear my Kershaw's applauding...
