So the college may have to shell out some money but what about the individuals? Nothing will happen to the truly guilty people I would bet.

Re: Trump: Banning Suppressors?

Bump stocks being banned is more than a 2A right. It is government confiscation without reimbursement of legally owned property. Same thing if they confiscate land that you own to build a shopping center. The issue of the government stealing your private property that previously was legal to own is...

I don't kill them around my house unless venomous. This guy meandered in the other day and I hope he eats lots of mice and rats.

Re: Kay Jewelers store manager no longer employed after keeping on-duty deputy from picking up ring

I don't know all the details from the article but it sounds like the manager may have been following Kay policy. It was an easy scapegoat to fire the manager after a social media notation. So Kay Jewelers has an anti-gun policy, the manager follows orders and gets fired. Kay Jewelers then looks good...

Re: An Important Message to NRA Members

I can see both points about Brewer. The statement is that he is the best man for the job regardless of his politics. He is paid to fight for the NRA and then he donates money to politicians who fight to destroy the NRA. Is there not in this country an attorney as good as Brewer who supports the 2A?

Re: Nobody but Barack Obama

If you don't know it, you can buy a machine gun. You need the dollars and pay a federal tax and there you have it. Most of us don't have the dollars but some do. Legal to own in Texas with federal tax paid.

Re: Firearm in vehicle at work

My opinion only but if you want to keep your job do not carry your gun in your car or on you when you go to work if you plan on parking on their property. Just my opinion but you already know that your car CAN be searched. The lost key thing won't work.

Re: Irresponsible dog owner

Pit Bulls were bred to fight. I have seen some of the sweetest Pits and some of the meanest. My neighbor was jogging in the neighborhood and attacked by a Rottweiler, multiple leg injuries and the city made the owner destroy the dog. He bought another one and it attacked my wife walking with my daug...

Re: Weapon storage near Glacier national park

how about just contacting an FFL in the area and see if they would hold your firearms (for a fee) until you get back.
