actually in the military I 'had' to learn to shoot right handed, then I was allowed to shoot left handed. It was my DI's opinion that every one should learn to shoot right handed, and the brass is less of an issue with right handed shooting. As a consequence I can shoot about as well with either hand.. I do prefer left handed but it is a close thing.
