Re: Who's going to trump rally?

I got a ticket so hopefully I can get in. I saw some of the "Where's Hunter?" shirts that Trump mentioned and I had an idea. So I made a shirt that says "Where's Beau?" If this is reference to Beau Biden I find nothing funny about talking about man’s loss of a child. This! ^^^ Biden is an idiot and...

Re: Online Sales Taxes is being collected

The customer is and has always been responsible for paying state sales tax on certain products. The merchant is responsible for collecting those taxes from the customer and forwarding them to the state. It has always been the customers responsibility to pay the taxes if the merchant is not collecti...

Re: Online Sales Taxes is being collected

Evens the playing field for brick and mortar shops. This isn’t at all about evening the playing field. Truthfully I find it hard to believe even does that. Brick & mortar is dying. I know it’s anecdotal but I’ve spent significant more money online than I have in storefronts. Even buying groceries o...

Re: Who's going to trump rally?

Rallies are silly in my opinion. Ive never understood the point. But then again I don’t get very excited about politics but I can get hot under the collar about 2A infringements and since every presidental candidate for 2020 has infringed or plans to infringe I’d only go to protest.

Re: Dicks destroys $5 million worth of weapons

The issue with Dick’s is that they lobby against the right to keep and bear arms. It wasn’t enough for them to stop participating in the firearms market. I have no complaints about their exiting the firearms sales industry. Their business, their choices. If shareholders aren’t happy, get out, sell. ...

Re: Dicks destroys $5 million worth of weapons

I think it is refreshing that someone is actually standing up for what they believe in. Even if it isn't popular or fiscally responsible why are people so butt hurt here about it? If more people thought less about money and more about their convictions we would probably be better off. Our beliefs h...

Re: Wife Sick with Cancer.

When people go through hard times, those of us that are not currently in the storms of life want to say words of encouragement but I personally never have any idea of how and what to say. Who am I to tell the father of three young children at my church who lost his wife to cancer days ago to hang in...

Re: Officer Invades Apartment, Shoots Resident

The most power victim statement (Botham’s brother) I have heard and ended like nothing I have seen. I am old man, but I couldn't help it I cried. Botham’s younger Brandt delivered a heart-felt victim impact statement, telling Guyger, “I forgive you. I know if you go to God and ask him, he will forg...

Re: Question

To my shame, I’ve been pulled over five times in the last couple of years for speeding; anywhere from 10-20 over. Every single time, handed CHL w/ DL. Always asked where is the firearm. Most of the time it’s in the console. But a couple of times I had it at my 4. Never once was pulled out of the car...

Re: TX: Dallas man goes back to bed after shooting burglar.

Truthfully I think he should have called cops at the moment he saw someone fiddling with his shed lock & stayed in the house. Having a weapon is no reason to get out of the house & confront. I’ve heard of courage in a bottle but there is also courage in a barrel. Shoot over what? A lawn mower? A ca...

Re: Hobby Lobby issuing verbal notices

I haven’t used Texas3006 in a long time I guess because I never knew that verbal notice is now being recorded/reported. That makes zero sense to me.
