Its too bad there is not a State of Texas website or smart phone app that allows you to quickly check to see if a particular business allows licensed carriers.

Kind of like a database, where you just search the business entity name, and it comes up yes or no.. It would be pretty easy to implement, i suggest it would take about a year to build the database. Just have every business answer a simple question when they do their state taxes.

oh well.. my 2 cents..
