Re: Growing Demand for CHL On The Rise

permit holders are convicted of misdemeanor and felonies at one-sixth the rate at which police officers are convicted." You hear a statistic like this pretty often, and I don't doubt that it's true. Re: Atlantic piece: John Correia of Active Self Protection. Loves his HK's.

I have trued to watch ASP but it is hard to wade through the infomercials. I am sure he is a nice guy but his channel involves a lot of copying from other channels. He makes good points but looses his credibility through his exaggeration of what he calls facts. That is my take and maybe I watched th...

Re: Glass front gun cabinet

It is a gun cabinet not a gun safe. I have a relative that has a gun cabinet that he inherited and it is really nice, he did spend some major bucks on securing the rifles and shotguns (also inherited) and does not depend on them for home defense. Like he says and knows, it is to show off a few older...

Re: Elegibility question

IANAL, but I would think that as long as you were not fingerprinted, picture taken or charged with a crime then you wouldn't even have to list it. However, if you were charged and then released, it would have to be listed and qualifying documents sent in with your application. That is not what the ...

Re: Friend with Alzheimer's

If he were to be involved in justified use of deadly force, he would have the same responsibility of proof as someone without Alzheimer's. If he were involved in use of deadly force because of his perception due to Alzheimer's, then he would have a bad legal and civil situation and probably those fa...
