Re: Wife Sick with Cancer.

I pray for the burden that this awful cancer has placed upon your wife and family. Prayers for loving comfort, understanding and maybe even a miracle.

Re: CHL Denial Question

It’s 5 years from your disposition date, in other words the conviction date. (date of judgement). In cases where you get deferred adjudication- it’s the date you are give. Def Adj. NOT 5 years from when you ended your probation. IANAL, but don’t think this is correct. I thought that “disposition” i...

Re: Unfair to use an AR-15 against would-be burglars?

I don't think it is fair the we need to use weapons to defend ourselves, but that is the world we live in and as far as human behavior is concerned, it seems to have always been that way. Most of us do not have any plans to attack another, but we need to be able to defend ourselves and loved ones fr...

Re: Question: Chief Law Enforcement Office for NFA FORM 4 Notification

I believe that by State Law that the county sheriff is considered the Chief Law Enforcement officer. I live in Houston Area and as much as HPD chief hates to admit it, The County Sheriff has jurisdiction inside the City/ies, if they choose to do so. For the ATF they have their own regulations. Dire...

So Social Justice Inc. has gone so far as to compromise the arrest of a child murderer in order to advance their heinous agenda? Color me shocked.
Be very careful! If we colored you shocked, that could be a "hate crime".

Now that we know what a white guy with blue eyes looks like, I wonder if Shiela "stupid" Jackson-Lee still wants this prosecuted as a hate crime?

FWIW, this president will not be closing the Smithsonian, or blocking off national monuments during the shutdown.
So there's that.
The Smithsonian closed yesterday.
Trump did not close the Smithsonian, the Democrats and some RINOs, by ignoring Border Security in the budget.

Re: Not mad at the NFL yet? The 49ers say "Hold my beer..."

If Shanahan got there faster Kaepernick would have been on the team. This is a travesty, plain and simple. He did a great job and got punished for it, such a shame. Baltimore should be scrutinized for what they have done, Redskins as well. SIgning Mark Sanchez and not Kaep is a crime, look where th...

Re: CHRISTMAS EVE GIFT!

This is a tradition (old to some, new to others), where the person that first says "Christmas Eve Gift" to another, receives a Christmas Eve gift from that person. Those who read this title have been Christmas Eve gifted by me! Keeping with the subject matter of this forum, I think it would be appr...
