I can only figure that the reason for wearing a LTC badge would be for someone to notice. I say it would be more noticeable if instead of the badge they wear a Sash. Of course the Sash would have to be worn right shoulder to left hip or the other way around if you are left handed. The addition of a Tiara would make you even more noticeable. HMMMMM I bet you could get a discount if you bought all three.
