Re: NRA Leader LaPierre Says Being Extorted,

Of course the liberal media is pouncing on all of this. They smell blood. But to the undiscerning public eye, it does all look suspicious. Wayne's $39,000 shopping trip in Beverly Hills, trips to places like Bahamas, Italy, Hungary, Istanbul, etc., luxury hotel stays, $19,000 for a car and driver, ...

It looks like it is only in place in certain locations. Trying to go through the legalese to figure out where that is exactly.

Re: SB 16 - priority bill, reduction of LTC fees

Any word on what address change fee will be? I was shocked when it cost almost twice as much to change my address for my CHL as it was form my DL.

Re: SB11 & HB910 This week....

Got the below from the Chancellor of one of the junior colleges I teach at: Senate Bill 11 on campus concealed carry passed with many changes from the original bill. The final bill allows the CEO of a community college (after consulting with students, faculty, and staff) to create reasonable rules a...

Re: What are your "complaint" options?

I've talked to a lot of licensees over the past weeks and the consensus is that few if any would ever open carry and then those that would would do so while mowing the back pasture or working cattle, where OC is more comfortable from that perspective, and perhaps easier to access if a copperhead co...

Re: SB11 & HB910 This week....

Once the bills are received by the governor, how long does he have to sign/veto the bills? Technically, if he doesn't sign the bill, it still will become law. Upon receiving a bill, the governor has 10 days in which to sign the bill, veto it, or allow it to become law without a signature... If the ...

Re: HB308

The two biggest bills that overshadowed this one both passed, so they won't be standing in the way next time around. There will obviously be another big push to go from licensed OC to unlicensed, and there will also likely be push to expand/modify campus carry, but hopefully those issues won't take...
