The stock rear sights stay in place and the front sight is easy enough to replace in 5 minutes.

NIL grips would fix that problem. Elsewise you could opt for a Sphinx Alpha SDP compact, it comes with 3 different grip size options.

I guess you are right! The 75B and the SP01 are almost a must for the CZ enthusiast.
The 75B comes in different flavors and so does the SP01, all are a breeze to shot.
The CZ knockoffs are excellent shooters too, in particular the Sphinx, a CZ on steroids in my opinion.
