Re: M&P 2.0 pistols (particularly the compact)

I talked to S&W about doing just that. They told me that, if I sanded on the back straps even a small amount, the warranty would be void. They really box us in. Will see what comes back from the third trip. Does this voiding of the warranty include trigger modifications, sight replacement, or appli...

Re: M&P 2.0 pistols (particularly the compact)

Jeffbird, I would like to know that as well but they won't send replacements. The ones I have now are so aggressive that I can't wear the pistols inside the waist band as the sides of the back strap are so aggressive. They are also hard on the shirts that I wear for cover garments. It is their nick...

Re: M&P 2.0 pistols (particularly the compact)

I've carried my S&W M&P M2.0 9mm 5inch openly as my EDC for two years. Only change is Dawson Precision fiber optic front sight and charger rear sight. Over 2000 rounds. Completed KR Training's Defensive Pistol Skills Program https://www.krtraining.com/KRTraining/defensivepistolprogram.html and other...

Re: In n Out Burger VS Whataburger

Within this thread I see a lot of light-hearted bantering. Thank God! This rises to the level of .45 vs 9mm, or AR vs AK! A man’s favorite burger a very serious business!!!! I am thankful that we are mature enough to carry guns and discuss In ‘N Out vs Whataburger without drawing down on one ...

Re: Couple brutally attacked, robbed on Deep Ellum street

A good video for people who carry off body like a purse or briefcase. I would say there is a lot more to get from this than simply to carry on body. On body carry would have been useless to this fellow, and probably also for the woman. I don't know of anyone who can draw from concealment fast enoug...

Re: Renewal notices?

The state does send out notices 6 month before the license expires but they also tell you that it is the licensee that is ultimately responsible for renewing on time. There is a one year grace period to renew an expired license, but remember, you cannot legally carry with an expired license. You ha...
