God did rock and Satan did scissors so God won. Then God says "well, he's all yours" to Satan. Satan says "hey wait, you won!". God says "he's yours, I couldn't stand that face for all eternity". It was pretty funny.TexasJohnBoy wrote: ↑Tue Dec 18, 2018 7:37 pm Beto has a shot. Losing to Cruz was the best thing for him.

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President
I never expected that Mexico would send Trump a government check marked "Payment for the Wall." I do think that less money will be flowing to Mexico and that more will be spent in the USA.

I don't give a hoot what they say or think.
socialist/commie types cause me no ire as I completely, utterly ignore them.
Not one word of their blather soils my eyes.
So, let em bark, it doesn't matter. They're nonsense is completely invisible to me.

Besides the fact that hundreds of law professors including 8 in Kavanaugh's alma mater Yale have removed support for Kavanaugh's confirmation, and that The American Bar Association has expressed concerns and requested further background investigation, there is now also former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, a lifelong Republican, on Thursday saying he does not believe that Kavanaugh should be confirmed to the high court because of temperament. Stevens told a small crowd in Boca Raton, Fla., he once believed Kavanaugh to be qualified, but his performance in Senate Judiciary hearings changed his mind.

I retired from the Texas Army National Guard.bblhd672 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 12:29 pm Retired military officers are subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) under Article 2 of the UCMJ, which extends the jurisdiction of military law to “Retired members of a regular component of the armed forces who are entitled to pay.” “Retirees are subject to the UCMJ and may be tried by court-martial for violations … that occurred … while in a retired status.”
Article 88 of the UCMJ criminalizes “contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Homeland Security, or the Governor or legislature of any State.”
Sounds like a bunch of retired military people not only should have security clearances revoked but also be prosecuted under the UCMJ.

bblhd672 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 05, 2018 11:30 am President Donald Trump has many weaknesses and faults, as do I as a member of the fallen human race. President Trump consistently, in my opinion, plays and beats the left every day by being himself and not a man whose life has been as a typical swamp politician.
I get you constant critics, President Trump doesn’t meet your high standards of decorum and doesn’t play by the political rules you’ve gotten accustomed to seeing from those who aren’t progressive socialists. So, go ahead and bash him daily if it makes you feel good about yourself and those who agree with you. I understand that you would rather be discussing the daily news about President Hillary Clinton.
For me, I’m seeing it like the writer of this linked article.

Y’all have a nice day and enjoy your movie version.
I'm way better off than I was this time 2 years ago.
